- Cedar ValeLeafy streets and family homes to the west. Popular for grooming runs and boarding trips. Most homes in Cedar Vale have a front garden or a gate. Let us know if your gate is latched, whether your dog can be in the front garden during the handover, and where the best place to stop is.
- NorthbridgeOur home neighborhood. Station Mews is here, so local trips start just around the corner. Northbridge is a mix of apartment buildings around the station and terraced streets further out. Apartment pickups often need a buzzer code or a meeting point in the lobby, so add that to your notes.
- Willow RidgeHillside streets and cul-de-sacs to the north-east. Plenty of daycare and return trips. Willow Ridge has lots of cul-de-sacs and shared driveways. House numbers can be hard to spot, so a short description of your home or a landmark helps us find you quickly.
- WestmereAcross the river to the south. Townhouses, a few busy roads and lots of first-time travelers. Many Westmere homes are townhouses with doors close to the street. On busier roads, a side street or a rear entrance can make the handover calmer, so tell us if there’s a quieter option.

Planning a trip across neighborhoods.
Most of our trips start in one neighborhood and end in another: a dog in Willow Ridge heading to a groomer in Cedar Vale, or a cat in Westmere coming home from a boarding stay. Every trip is planned from our base on Station Mews, so we can fit the pickup time around where your pet is going.
When you get in touch, tell us both addresses, who will be at each end and the date you have in mind. We’ll agree a pickup time with you and note anything that makes the handover easier, like a quieter side entrance or a building buzzer.
Have these ready
- Both addresses and a contact for each end
- Where we can stop safely near your door
- Your pet’s carrier, harness or crate setup
- Anything that changes between the two ends
