Journeys for dogs and cats.

Pet transport in Northbridge, DC

A local trip, a ride to a care appointment, the journey home or a chat before their first trip. Pick the one that fits and we’ll plan the details with you.

What every journey includes.

Four journeys cover almost every trip a dog or cat needs to make around Northbridge. Each one starts with a proper hello at your door and ends with a handover to the person you named.

Not every trip fits neatly into one box. If you’re unsure, call us and tell us where your pet is going. We’ll suggest the right journey and plan the details with you.

  • Door-to-door

We collect from your home and deliver to the address you give us. No drop-off points.

  • Named handovers

Your pet is only handed to the people you name for each end of the trip.

  • Secured travel space

Their own carrier or a secured crate, with a familiar blanket from home.

  • Notes that travel too

Anything you tell us goes on their travel notes and is passed on in person.

Local pet transport

A door-to-door trip around Northbridge and the neighborhoods nearby. We collect from you and hand over to the person you name at the other end.

It suits all sorts of trips: to a friend or family member who’s looking after them, to a new home across the neighborhood, or to anywhere else that doesn’t fit our appointment or return journeys. If you’re not sure which journey you need, start here and we’ll help you choose.

Good to know: Start here if you’re unsure. We’ll suggest a different journey if one fits better.

Care appointment trip

We take your dog or cat to a grooming, boarding or daycare appointment you’ve already booked, and hand them over to the team there.

When we arrive, we hand your pet to the groomer, boarding team or daycare staff along with their bag, food and any notes you’d like passed on. If the team needs to know something about the trip, we tell them in person.

Good to know: Book the appointment first, then tell us the time and who will receive them.

  • Who receives them on arrival

Return journey

The trip home after a stay or appointment. Tell us when they’ll be ready and who will be at home to welcome them back.

We collect your pet with their bag and any notes from the groomer, boarding team or daycare, and bring everything back with them. If the team has something to tell you, we pass it on at your door.

Good to know: Tell us their ready time and who will be home to meet them.

First journey discussion

New to traveling with us, or not a confident traveler? Let’s talk about their carrier, how they handle car trips and what helps them settle.

We’ll talk through their carrier or harness, how they react to being picked up, and anything that has worried you about past trips. Then we suggest the journey that fits, from a short local trip to a ride to their next appointment.

Good to know: No commitment. It’s a chat to plan a first trip that suits them.

  • Their carrier or harness
  • How they usually travel
  • What helps them feel calm

Dogs and cats travel differently.

Every journey works for both, with a few differences in how they travel and how we hand them over.

Dogs

  • Travel in a secured crate or with a harness they know
  • A short walk before pickup often helps
  • Have them on their lead when you open the door
  • Tell us their size and how they handle being lifted

Cats

  • Always travel in their own closed carrier
  • A familiar blanket inside helps them settle
  • Tell us if they prefer the carrier covered
  • Handed over still inside their carrier
