What we need from you.

Every journey is planned around a few details. The more you can tell us before the day, the calmer the trip is for your pet.

  • Pickup and destination Both addresses, and anything that helps us find your door.
  • A person at each end A name and phone number for whoever hands over and receives your pet.
  • How they travel Their carrier or harness, and what helps them settle in the car.
  • What to pass on Their bag, food and any notes for the person at the other end.

On the day.

Before we arrive
Take your dog for a short walk, put their bag by the door and have their carrier or harness ready.
At the door
Have your dog on their lead before you open the door. Cats should already be in their closed carrier.
If something changes
Call us as soon as you can. We can usually move the pickup or update a contact before the trip.
After the handover
We let you know your pet has arrived and that their bag and notes have been passed on.

By the door before pickup.

Have these ready and the hello at your door takes a couple of minutes. Not sure about something? Ask us when we plan the trip.
