Icon Pet Travel is a small pet transport team based on Station Mews in Northbridge. We take dogs and cats door to door across Northbridge, Cedar Vale, Willow Ridge and Westmere, to appointments, to boarding stays and home again.
We started with a simple idea: the trip matters as much as where your pet is going. A calm pickup, a familiar blanket and a clear handover at the other end make the whole day easier for your pet and for you.
Every trip begins with what you tell us. Where they’re going, who will meet them and how they like to travel all go on their travel notes, and those notes travel with them.
Why door to door?
Getting a pet to an appointment can mean leaving work early, finding parking near the groomer and hoping your cat doesn’t mind the wait. We take that part of the day off your hands.
Door-to-door travel also means fewer handovers. Your pet goes from your hands to ours, and from ours to the person you named. There are no waiting rooms or drop-off points in between, and their notes travel with them the whole way.
It works for regular trips, like daycare days and grooming appointments, and for one-off journeys, like the start of a boarding stay or the trip home afterwards.

A proper hello
We take a minute at the door to meet your pet, collect their bag and hear anything new before we set off.
A calm ride
Secured travel space, their own carrier or harness and a familiar blanket. We plan the trip around how they travel.
A clear handover
We pass them to the person you named, with their bag and any notes, so everyone knows what’s happening.
