Pet transport from Northbridge, DC
The trip home after a grooming appointment, daycare day or boarding stay, back to whoever is home to welcome them.
Coming home to Northbridge means a short last leg back to Station Mews territory. Tell us their ready time and who will be at home or in the building to meet them.
A return journey brings your pet home when they’re ready. Tell us where they are, when the team expects them to be ready and who will be at home to meet them, and we’ll plan the collection around it.
We collect your pet with their bag and any notes from the groomer, boarding team or daycare, and bring everything back with them. If the team has something to tell you, we pass it on at your door.
Return journeys are often planned at the same time as a care appointment trip, but they don’t have to be. If you dropped your pet off yourself and need help getting them home, we can plan the return on its own.

A few details help us plan a calm trip and a clear handover. Have these ready when you get in touch and we’ll take it from there.
From the first message to the moment they’re handed over, here’s what a return journey looks like with us.
Call us and we’ll talk through the date, both addresses and who will meet them.

Cats come home in their own carrier. If the boarding team has sent the carrier home with you, tell us where we can collect it before the trip, or bring it to the handover.
Two pets from one home? Two pets from the same stay can come home together. If they’re finishing at different places or times, we’ll plan the collections with you.
Northbridge is a mix of apartment buildings around the station and terraced streets further out. Apartment pickups often need a buzzer code or a meeting point in the lobby, so add that to your notes.
Gate and door codes stay with you. We’ll call when we arrive if anything is unclear.
Tell us your building entrance, which buzzer to press and whether we should meet you in the lobby or at your door.
Streets near the station get busy. Let us know if there’s a loading bay or a quieter side street close to your door.
If you’re on an upper floor without a lift, tell us so we can plan how to carry their crate or carrier safely.
We check your pet’s belongings with the team and collect any notes they want you to have.
We hand your pet to the person you named, with their bag and the notes from their stay.
We call you and the home contact before doing anything else. We never leave a pet outside or unattended.
If plans change on the day. If their ready time changes, the team or you can call us and we’ll adjust the collection. If someone different will be at home, tell us their name and number before the trip.
Tell us the pickup, the destination and who will meet them. We’ll plan the rest with you.
